Mark Rowe is a proud Coolangatta/Tweed resident and Southern Gold Coast Real Estate specialist.

Raised as a young boy in Coolangatta, Mark has been fortunate to travel Australia and much of the World but when it came time to raise his own family those experiences only confirmed to him that the best place on earth to raise his family was back on the beaches of the southern Gold Coast.

With a strong family background in real estate and property investment, Mark set about gaining the type of skills and foundation that would set him apart.
Prior to joining Bell’s Beachside Realty, Mark won recognition as a ‘high achiever’ in his role with Fairfax Media’s Domain Group as a Digital Media Advisor for the entire Gold Coast South real estate industry.

Working alongside almost every agency from Mudgeeraba to Banora Point to advise on the most effective ways to market properties, this experience provides him with an in depth knowledge of the Gold Coast property market and an exceptional understanding of how to most effectively and economically market your property. These traits combine to maximise your sale price and minimise your days on market in way that few local agents can.
Mark truly lives the ethos that his clients come first, and any success of his own is a by-product of getting great results for his vendors. As a father of five beautiful children Mark also has the life experience, empathy for both buyers and sellers unique circumstances, and the type of time management, problem solving and negotiating skills that any parent will understand prepares you for the hectic world of real estate in ways that nothing else can! Passionate about his local community, Mark genuinely loves the Coast spending his spare time involved with his children in Kirra Surfriders Club, Tweed Coolangatta Junior Football Club and is always looking for ways he can continue to support his local community.
